Role Description As a Sr.

Graphic

Designer at Brandworks Technologies, you will lead the creation and refinement of visual assets across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency for internal and external communications. In this full time, on-site role based in Vasai Virar, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop brand identities, campaign visuals, product packaging concepts, and presentation materials. You will translate briefs into compelling design concepts, create logos and brand guidelines, select and refine typography,



and prepare production-ready files.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, reviewing and mentoring the work of junior designers, coordinating with external agencies or vendors when needed, and maintaining organized asset libraries. You will also contribute to design strategy, propose creative improvements to existing materials, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills in graphics and graphic design, with a proven ability to create clear, impactful layouts and compositions.
- Experience in logo design and branding, including developing brand identities, style guides, and cohesive visual systems.
- Proficiency in typography, with the ability to select, pair, and customize typefaces to enhance readability and brand expression.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in leading or senior-level design roles, including project ownership and mentoring junior designers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and product-related design; experience in electronics or technology sectors is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
