What youll own

- The full stack, end-to-end. React frontend, backend services, and the database layer behind autobacsindia.com - the Fitment Explorer, product and category architecture, checkout, installation booking, consultation booking, accounts, and The Build Journal.
- APIs and integrations. Build and maintain the APIs that connect our storefront to inventory, WhatsApp commerce, payments, logistics partners, and order management. Ship AI-assisted features into the customer journey.

Own application security and performance as a standing responsibility, not a post-incident one.

- Scalable architecture. Set the stack, the standards, and the deployment pipeline. Cloud hosting, server setup, environments, release process.

Build it to survive a catalogue that triples and traffic that spikes on campaign days.

- Testing and maintenance. Automated tests, debugging, uptime, and continuous improvement across the platform and its infrastructure.

Nothing reaches customers untested.

What we need
- 4+ years building production web applications,



with deep React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Real backend depth - Node or equivalent, REST/GraphQL API design, and relational database modelling you can defend.
- Hands-on cloud deployment: hosting, CI/CD, workplace management, monitoring. You have taken something live and kept it live.
- E-commerce experience - carts, checkout, payment gateways, catalogue and variant logic. Headless commerce is an advantage.
- Someone who has built a system from scratch and owned it afterwards.

We are building a premium automotive ecosystem, not a website. This role sets the technical foundation that everything after it is built on - including the platforms we have not launched yet.
