Role Summary To support retail sales of AAC Blocks by servicing dealers, retailers, and counter sales points, while ensuring product availability, visibility, and basic market coverage in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers and retailers to promote AAC Blocks
- Support order collection and secondary sales activities
- Ensure proper product availability at retail counters
- Assist in onboarding current retailers within assigned territory
- Support local promotional activities and schemes
- Collect basic market feedback on pricing and demand
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate; MBA preferred
Experience & Industry Background
- 3-4 years of experience in retail or channel sales
- Exposure to building materials or construction products preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Basic retail sales and communication skills
- Field execution capability
- Relationship-building with dealers
- Result-oriented and disciplined
