Bakingo is looking for an experienced Payroll Skilled to join our HR team in Gurgaon (Sector 32).

Location: Gurgaon – Sector 32

Experience: 4–5 Years

CTC: Up to ₹50,000/month

Key Responsibilities

✔End-to-end Payroll Processing

✔Keka Payroll – Mandatory

✔Attendance & Leave Management

✔Full & Final Settlement

✔NAPS, GMC & GTLI Coordination

✔Vendor Management

✔Statutory Payroll Compliance

✔HR MIS & Dashboard Management

✔Payroll Reconciliation & Data Validation

✔Advanced Excel / MS Excel

Must-Have Experience:

✔ Must have independently managed payroll for 1,000+ employees.

We’re Looking For

✔ Strong payroll process knowledge

✔ Hands-on Keka Payroll experience





✔ Good understanding of statutory compliances & payroll laws

✔ Strong Excel and analytical skills

✔ Good communication & stakeholder management
