The role will coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors and Corporate HR to ensure timely availability of skilled, technical and non-technical manpower at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Manpower Mobilization
- Coordinate mobilization of selected employees to project sites.
- Ensure joining formalities and document collection are completed before/at the time of joining.
- Coordinate accommodation, food, transportation and other site facilities as applicable.
- Maintain records of employee deployment, transfers and demobilization.
- Coordinate manpower movement between project locations based on business requirements.
2. Contractors & Labour (Site)
- Coordinate with subcontractors/contractors for required manpower deployment.
- Verify manpower details, skill category and deployment requirements.
- Maintain contractor manpower records and attendance.
- Coordinate with site teams for skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labour requirements.
- Support HR compliance related to contract labour, labour licenses and statutory documentation.
3. Employee Documentation & Joining
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Ensure employee master data is updated accurately.
4. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily employee attendance through biometric/manual attendance systems.
- Coordinate attendance regularization with employees and reporting managers.
- Prepare monthly attendance/MIS inputs for payroll processing.
- Coordinate OT, leave, LOP and other payroll-related inputs.
- Verify site manpower strength and payroll data before submission to Corporate HR.
5. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for site employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate resolution with Project Management and Corporate HR.
6. Labour & Statutory Compliance Support
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws and project requirements.
- Maintain records relating to: PF,ESIC,PTax,LWF,Bonus,Gratuity,Minimum Wages,Contract Labour,BOCW.
Education: MBA / PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: 5–8 years in HR, with significant experience in HR operations.
Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate / Building Projects.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
