Role Description The Sr.

Executive Digital

Marketing role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales for the company’s packaging solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, planning and posting content, overseeing web content updates, and coordinating digital campaigns across platforms.

The role also includes monitoring and analyzing web and campaign performance metrics, preparing reports,



and recommending optimizations to improve reach and conversion. The Sr.

Marketing will collaborate with sales, design, and management teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, managing platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement.
- Experience in Web Content Writing and managing website content for products and brand storytelling.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or B2B industries.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
