Role & responsibilities :

Major MNC in Auto Components Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced IR professional to drive employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance and workforce engagement initiatives at the plant. The role will focus on maintaining a harmonious work environment while ensuring compliance with labour laws and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage Industrial Relations, employee grievances and disciplinary proceedings.
- Drive positive Employee Relations & engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, audits and inspections.
- Handle labour court cases, disputes, conciliation and government liaisoning.
- Manage contract labour, including compliance, budgeting and contractor performance.
- Manage NAPS/apprenticeship lifecycle, recruitment and employee concerns.




- Drive gender diversity and shop-floor employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, government authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS, reports and management updates related to IR/ER activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate; MSW/MBA-HR preferred; Law qualification is an advantage.
- 7-10 years of IR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant workplace.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, disciplinary procedures, contract labour and dispute resolution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
