Vidres India Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive / Sr. Executive to join our Procurement team in Ahmedabad.

Location : Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

Experience : 3-5 Years.

Qualification : Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech.

Reporting To : Purchase Manager / Department Head.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Purchase & Procurement activities
- Review material requirements and prepare RFQs.
- Source quotations and prepare Techno-Commercial Comparisons.
- Conduct vendor evaluation, negotiation & selection.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders through ERP.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials through effective vendor & logistics coordination.
- Maintain strong and reliable business relationships with suppliers.
- Manage the approved vendor pool and continuously develop new vendors.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply. improvement.
- Drive Cost Optimization, Strategic Sourcing & Cost-Saving Initiatives.
- Coordinate with Stores, Finance & Accounts for invoice and reconciliation issues.
- Maintain procurement MIS, Reports & System Updates.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Take up recent projects and assignments as per business requirements.

What We’re Looking For --

- 3-5 Years of Experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Strong Vendor Management & Negotiation Skills.
- Good Understanding of P2P / Procure-To-Pay Process.
- Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) , Tally & MS Office.




- Basic Knowledge of GST, HSN, TDS/TCS, Import Duties & MSME Norms.
- Sound knowledge of General Engineering Items - Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial Spare Parts.
- Robust Communication, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills with A Result-Oriented Approach.
- Strong Time-Management Skills with The Ability to Meet Deadlines.
- Willingness To Learn, Take Ownership, And Handle New Responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Local Market/Vendor Knowledge Will Be an Added Advantage.

Ideal Candidate Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably from a manufacturing or engineering environment, with hands-on experience in vendor management, RFQ management, techno-commercial comparison, negotiation, purchase order processing, delivery coordination, and P2P activities are encouraged to apply.
