Position: Factory Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Required Skills

- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multiple positions simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and plant-level requirements across technical, non-technical, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled categories.
- Recruit for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, Warehouse, Safety, Engineering and Administration functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, local hiring drives, social media and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews and candidate shortlisting based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with plant heads, department managers and functional teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Organize and conduct walk-in interviews, recruitment drives and local sourcing activities at the factory location.




- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer release, joining and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for urgent and recurring plant manpower requirements.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, joining follow-ups and candidate engagement to improve joining ratios.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification and joining formalities with HR/Admin teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment MIS, including open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers and joining status.
- Work closely with the HR team on manpower planning, attrition replacement and workforce requirements.
- Develop relationships with local recruitment agencies, ITIs, diploma institutes, colleges and other talent sources.
- Support employee engagement, attendance-related coordination and other plant HR activities, as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
