Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on interview performance, experience, and industry standards
### Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end operations.
- Process policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and policy-related requests.
- Resolve customer and internal team queries related to motor insurance policies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsement, corrections, and other requirements.
- Check policy details and ensure accuracy before issuance.
- Handle customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions related to motor insurance.
- Maintain proper records and follow up on pending cases.
- Support the team in smooth and timely completion of motor insurance transactions.

- Strong knowledge of
- Good understanding of policy issuance and endorsements.
- Ability to handle and resolve motor insurance-related queries.
- Positive knowledge of motor insurance terms, processes, and documentation.

- Prior experience with an Insurance Broker/Insurance Company will be preferred.
