Role & responsibilities -

Responsibility-

- Reporting to HOD-QA.
- Experience: min 5yrs
- Should be a certified internal auditor of IATF 16949 QMS & has experience of min 5 years of doing QMS audits & handling final inspection, in-process inspection area.
- Must have experience of handling AOI (Auto-optical-inspection) systems, CMM programming, various gauges & fixtures.
- Expertise in understanding of GD & T, having experience of working in machine shop (VMC, CNC, Brazing, Laser Welding, Heat Treatment) will be preferred.
- Responsible for achieving set KPI targets of complaints- internal & external customers, daily inspection plan & output, workplace manpower deployment, Loss elimination.
- Responsible to provide feedback to process of Product nonconformities observed during final inspection & get it corrected.
- Responsible for handling of non-conforming product as per procedure.
- Responsible for Product Audit, process audit.
- Resolution of customer complaint,



Analysis & 8D preparation
- Maintaining records pertaining to audits, Final Inspections.
- In-house rejection & rework analysis & CAPA.
- Overall Co-ordination for product and process audit and audits considering customer complaints.
- Monitoring CAPA related to Audit & complaints.
- Identification of training needs.
- Responsible for maintaining housekeeping in his area.
- Implementation of statistical techniques on the shop floor.
- Gives the feedback for new sample, current process to concerned authorities.
- Responsible for maintaining the ongoing capability for Critical machines.
- Responsible for calculating and maintaining Cp and Cpk data.
- Responsible for reviewing & updating the Inspector skill Matrix once in year and evaluating the visual Inspector as per plan.
