SKILL SET

- Experience in the automotive molding industry.
- Strong knowledge of breakdown, preventive and predictive machine maintenance.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning and modification.
- Knowledge of Low-Cost Automation and SPM development.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens S5/S7 PLCs, servo drives, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Knowledge of plastic molding, punching and robotics.
- Experience in spares management and CMMS.
- Knowledge of improving MTBF, MTTR, productivity and machine uptime.
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, 5-Why and Kaizen.
- Awareness of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Experience in team handling and coordination with machine/tool suppliers.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

- Experience: 5–7 years
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Varroc Engineering, Tata AutoComp Systems, Jabil, Lear, Autberg, Machino Plastics, SJS Enterprises, Bright Brothers, Belrise Industries, Supreme Industries, Lumax Industries, Endurance Technologies, Jairaj Ancillaries, and other automotive plastic molding/component manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
