Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience working with Control-M in a production or enterprise environment.

- Practical experience with

- Control-M job monitoring

- Job execution

- Job re-runs/restarts

- Job holds/releases

- Failed/abended job troubleshooting

- Job status monitoring

- Dependency troubleshooting

- Basic Control-M operational support

- Positive understanding of batch processing and job scheduling concepts.

- Ability to independently troubleshoot operational issues rather than relying solely on a Control-M administrator or SME.

- Experience implementing operational changes related to batch jobs/schedules.

- Strong problem-solving and incident-troubleshooting skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.





- Ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders and participate in US-hours meetings when required.

- Willingness and ability to learn new enterprise platforms, particularly Freshworks/Freshservice.

Good to Have

- Prior experience with Freshworks / Freshservice.

- Experience supporting enterprise production/batch environments.

- Exposure to incident, change, and problem-management processes.

- Experience working with application, database, or infrastructure support teams.

- Basic scripting or automation knowledge.

- Experience working in an ITIL-based support environment.

- Experience supporting distributed teams across India and US time zones.
