Required Skills

- 8+ years of Business Analysis / Process Consulting experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience

- Solid expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, and UAT

- Experience conducting Discovery Workshops and managing stakeholders

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, SPM, GRC, or SecOps

- Strong understanding of Service Management, Process Optimization, and Digital Transformation

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

- Lead discovery workshops and process assessment sessions

- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions

- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories





- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions

- Drive stakeholder engagement, process governance, and organizational adoption

- Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Define KPIs, process metrics, and business outcome measurements

Preferred

- ServiceNow CSA Certification

- CIS Certification (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM)

- ITIL Foundation Certification

- Scrum Master Certification

- MBA or equivalent qualification
