Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with a solid creative eye and expert-level editing skills. Someone who can take raw footage and turn it into sharp, engaging, high-quality content across formats and platforms. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong sense of storytelling, pace, music, typography, visual design, and attention to detail. You should be equally comfortable editing a high-energy event film, leadership interview, podcast, keynote, brand film, or short-form social video.

You should be able to take complete ownership of an edit, from understanding the brief and working through raw footage to delivering a polished final output.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality long-form and short-form videos.
- Work across brand films, leadership videos, interviews, podcasts, events, keynotes, employer brand content, social content, and internal communications.
- Bring a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, music, sound design, typography, and visual flow.
- Take complete ownership of edits from the first cut to final delivery.
- Work with different types and volumes of raw footage and independently identify the strongest narrative.

Short-form & Social Content





- Turn long-form content into engaging clips for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and other platforms.
- Identify strong moments, hooks, and soundbites from raw footage.
- Understand current content and editing trends and bring fresh ideas into the work.
- Create captions, supers, graphics, transitions, and other elements required for social-first content.

Motion Graphics & Design

- Create motion graphics, animated typography, titles, lower thirds, intros, outros, and transitions.
- Work confidently with After Effects for animation and motion design.
- Handle basic thumbnail and supporting visual design when required.

Event & Fast-Turnaround Content

- Edit event content including highlights, speaker clips, attendee bytes, session videos, and aftermovies.
- Be comfortable working on quick turnaround timelines, including content that may need to go live on the same day.
- Manage multiple edits simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
