Job Description:

Position: R&D; Chemist

Location: Vatva - Ahmedabad

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Industries: Chemicals

Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development activities for current chemical processes and products.
Perform organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and process development.
Handle process scale-up from laboratory to pilot/production scale.
Carry out reaction work-up, purification, and fractional distillation.
Operate and handle pressure autoclave equipment as required.
Prepare mass balance, experimental reports, and process documentation.
Maintain technical know-how, laboratory records, and R&D; documentation.
Interpret analytical data and support troubleshooting of chemical processes.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of organic synthesis, name reactions, and spectral interpretation.




Hands-on experience in process development and scale-up.
Knowledge of pressure autoclave and fractional distillation.
Good understanding of work-up, purification, and mass balance preparation.
Robust analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
