Key Responsibilities
Provide system support and assist with application/system deployment in an enterprise environment.
Work with Windows and Linux operating systems, including basic commands and system settings.
Troubleshoot basic system and application-related issues.
Execute basic SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and support activities.
Create, edit, and manage XML and JSON files as required.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution and deployment activities.
Follow standard processes for system support, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Maintain explicit communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities when required.

Requirements
1 3 years of relevant experience in system support, system engineering,



deployment, or related roles.
Graduate in Computer Science or a related field. (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science/Computers, B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science)
Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux commands and system settings.
Basic knowledge of SQL query writing and execution.
Understanding of XML and JSON file creation and editing.
Valuable English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in an enterprise workplace is preferred.
Experience in a banking or financial services environment will be an advantage.
