Key Responsibilities
Provision and configure F5 Load Balancer services for current and existing applications.
Manage and support F5 components such as:
Local Traffic Manager (LTM)
Global Traffic Manager (GTM) / DNS
SSL certificate configuration and renewal
Virtual Servers, Pools, Nodes, and Health Monitors
Create, modify, and troubleshoot DNS records and application routing configurations.
Review application onboarding requirements and implement load balancing solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot application connectivity, routing, and traffic distribution issues.
Investigate failures related to load balancer provisioning and DNS resolution.
Support change management, implementation, testing, and production deployment activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, provisioning guides, and workflow documents.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and security teams during deployments and incident resolution.
Perform root cause analysis for service disruptions related to F5 and DNS infrastructure.
