HR Tech Application Support Analyst (Oracle Fusion HCM)

nRole Overview:

nWe are seeking an engaging, hands-on HR Tech Application Support Analyst to lead the technical support, release management, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem (focusing heavily on Core HR & Payroll). You will serve as the bridge between functional business owners and technical execution—designing solutions, configuring applications, and resolving complex system issues.

nKey Responsibilities

- Tier 2/3 Support &

• Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues across Oracle Fusion HCM &

• Payroll modules. Manage vendor support (Oracle SRs) through resolution.

- Integrations &

• Data Governance: Build, maintain, and monitor integrations, data extracts, and bulk loads using HCM Extracts, HDL, Spreadsheet Loaders, BIP, and SOAP/REST APIs (orchestrated via OIC).

- Custom Development: Design, write, and optimize complex Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, OTL) and develop custom SQL-based BIP Reports & OTBI Dashboards .

- Release &

• Project Management: Partner with HR Functional Owners and OCM to plan releases, execute unit/integration testing, configure design requests,



and assess downstream system impacts.

nTechnical Qualifications

n

n
- Fast Formulas: Advanced proficiency writing and configuring complex formulas for Payroll, OTL, and Absence.
n
- Reporting & Analytics: Hands-on experience developing SQL queries, performance-tuning BIP reports, and creating actionable OTBI dashboards.
n
- Data Migration & Extraction: Deep expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll element entries/balance adjustments, and HCM Extract configurations.
n
- Integrations: Practical experience integrating Fusion HCM with third-party vendors (Time & Perks) using Oracle APIs, SOAP web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of relevant work experience).

- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience, including vendor management and service delivery.
n
- Functional Knowledge: Basic operational understanding of Core HR & Payroll business processes.
n
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication, consultative problem-solving, and a data-driven, continuous-improvement mindset.
