Moolchand Mill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role will be responsible for accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, MIS, financial reporting, audits and statutory compliances.

The ideal candidate should have solid practical experience in retail/trading accounting, excellent reconciliation and analytical skills, and the ability to independently handle GST and TDS portals. The candidate will also be responsible for leading the accounts team and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all finance and compliance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B review, ITC reconciliation, GST return preparation and filing through the GST Portal.
2. Manage TDS compliance, including TDS calculation, payment, reconciliation, return filing and handling of the TDS/TRACES Portal.
3. Perform vendor and supplier reconciliations, including ledger reconciliation, outstanding review, GST reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
4.



Manage retail sales, purchases and inventory accounting, including stock reconciliation and coordination with relevant teams for accurate reporting.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
6. Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, tax consultants and external stakeholders, ensuring timely submission of required information and closure of audit and compliance requirements.
7. Lead and supervise the accounts team allocates responsibilities, monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of accounting, reconciliation and statutory compliance activities.
8. Drive overall finance and compliance accuracy, including use of EaseMyGST or similar GST reconciliation software, ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with GST and TDS/TRACES portals.
- Proven team handling and leadership experience.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance and accounting operations.
- Experience with Ease MyGST or similar GST reconciliation software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
