Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

- Job Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions, accounting procedures, statutory compliance, reporting, and financial documentation. The role will ensure accurate accounting records, timely statutory filings, effective financial controls, and support to management in financial analysis and decision-making.

- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Transactions

- Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions.
- Record and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.
- Track bank deposits, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments within agreed credit periods.
- Process and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare various MIS reports for the CFO and management.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Monitor expenses and identify significant variances.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns and perform GST reconciliation.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Assist with preparation and filing of the Annual Income Tax Return.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial and statutory regulations.




- Support statutory and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities when required.

Audit & Internal Controls
- Participate in Statutory Audits and Internal Audits.
- Provide required schedules, documents, and financial information to auditors.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls.
- Review and support implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Banking & Trade Finance
- Track and monitor bank transactions, deposits, and payments.
- Process Customs Duty payments and maintain related documentation.
- Process and coordinate Bank Guarantees for customers.
- Coordinate with banks regarding finance-related documentation and transactions.

Systems & Process Management
- Maintain accounting records using Tally and SAP.
- Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Support finance process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Responsibilities




- Follow all applicable corporate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Participate in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) activities.
- Participate in safety briefings and awareness programs.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, accidents, near misses, and incidents.
- Follow organizational safety policies and procedures.
- Support a safe and compliant workplace setting.

5. Experience & QualificationEducational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Professional accounting or finance certification will be an advantage.

Experience
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer, Finance Officer, Senior Accountant, or similar role.
- Experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, banking, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally and SAP is preferred.

6. Required Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Knowledge of IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good reconciliation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with change-management processes.
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
