Job Overview

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainers to conduct practical English communication and personality-development sessions for students. The trainer will focus on improving students' speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and overall communication confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Spoken English and Communication Skills classes.
- Train students in conversational English for academic, professional and everyday situations.
- Develop students' speaking fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations, debates and interactive activities.
- Help students overcome hesitation and build confidence in speaking English.
- Train students in interview skills, public speaking and professional communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities and training materials.
- Assess students' communication skills and provide individual feedback.
- Track student progress and maintain training records.
- Conduct regular assessments, speaking activities and mock interviews.
- Adapt teaching methods according to students' proficiency levels.
- Encourage students to use English in practical and real-life situations.




- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student performance and training requirements.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in workshops, seminars and other Academy activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, Linguistics or a related field preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience as a Spoken English Trainer, English Teacher, Communication Trainer or Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and sentence formation.
- Excellent presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to students with different proficiency levels.
- Confident and engaging personality.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of Canva for creating training materials will be an advantage.
- Ability to conduct interactive and activity-based training.
- Hindi/Assamese communication skills will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be fluent, confident, patient and engaging, with the ability to make students comfortable while encouraging them to communicate in English.

Candidates with experience in aviation, hospitality, personality development, interview preparation, IELTS/PTE, corporate communication or vocational training will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
