We are looking for an energetic and skilled Spoken English Trainer to develop students' English communication skills, confidence, pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and overall language proficiency. The trainer should create an engaging English-speaking environment through practical, interactive, and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured Spoken English and Communication Skills sessions for students.

- Improve students' fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation.

- Develop students' confidence in speaking English in academic and everyday situations.

- Conduct activities such as:

- Role plays

- Group discussions

- Debates

- Public speaking

- Storytelling

- Presentations

- Conversation practice

- Situational English activities

- Vocabulary-building activities

- Identify students' individual language-learning needs and provide appropriate support.

- Correct pronunciation, grammar, sentence construction, and common communication errors.

- Encourage students to communicate in English during classroom and school activities.

- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and communication activities.

- Prepare worksheets, speaking exercises, vocabulary activities, and practice materials.

- Conduct regular assessments to measure students' improvement in spoken English.

- Maintain records of student participation and language development.

- Coordinate with English teachers and Academic Coordinators for effective language development.

- Support students in developing presentation and public-speaking skills.

- Conduct special communication sessions for students who require additional support.

- Participate in school events, competitions, assemblies, and other communication-related activities.

- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and student-friendly learning environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English / English Literature / Linguistics / Communication or a related field.





- Relevant certification in Spoken English, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, IELTS, or equivalent will be an advantage.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Strong pronunciation and vocabulary.

- Candidates with training experience in schools, language institutes, IELTS centres, or communication-skills programmes are preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Spoken English / Communication Skills training preferred.

- Experience handling school students is highly preferred.

- Freshers with exceptional English communication and presentation skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
