JD :Experience Required: 5-6 JD : Develop and manage ITSI service models(Mandate), KPIs and glass tables Migrate monitoring capabilities from Enterprise Splunk to ITSI Design and implement dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time insights Troubleshoot issues related to Splunk ITSI and integrations Optimize data ingestion, indexing, and storage performance Recommend improvements based on latest Splunk best practices 1 year + hands-on experience in Splunk ITSI implementation Splunk architecture, indexing and data ingestion ITSI modules service models, KPIs, glass tables dashboard and alert migration from Enterprise Splunk to ITSI Experience working in enterprise environments Good communication & stakeholder management skills, Telecom background (valuable to have)
