:

- Assess children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and motor difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Work on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, posture, strength, mobility, and gait.
- Provide interventions for children with developmental delay, cerebral palsy, hypotonia, toe walking, muscular weakness, and other pediatric conditions.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility activities.
- Monitor progress and maintain proper therapy documentation.
- Educate parents regarding home exercises and functional activities.
- Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and other professionals.
- Participate in regular case discussions and progress reviews.

Preferred: BPT/MPT with pediatric experience or solid interest in pediatric rehabilitation.

- Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding-related assessments as appropriate to scope of practice.
- Develop individualized intervention plans based on each child's needs.
- Work on receptive and expressive language, vocabulary, sentence formation, articulation, fluency, and functional communication.
- Support children with speech delay, language delay, autism, developmental disorders, and communication difficulties.
- Develop social communication, turn-taking, joint attention, and conversational skills.
- Introduce appropriate AAC/alternative communication strategies when required.
- Use play-based and child-centered therapy techniques.
- Track and document progress regularly.
- Provide parents with practical home-based communication strategies.
- Coordinate with OT, Behavioural Therapists, Special Educators, and other professionals.
- Participate in parent meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions.

- Develop individualized educational and intervention plans.
- Work on pre-academic and academic skills such as numbers, alphabets, reading, writing, comprehension, and concept development.
- Support children with autism, ADHD, developmental delay, intellectual disability, learning difficulties, and other special educational needs.
- Develop attention, memory, sequencing, problem-solving, and classroom-readiness skills.
- Work on functional communication, social skills, independence, and adaptive learning.
- Use structured, play-based, multisensory, and individualized teaching approaches.
- Prepare appropriate worksheets, learning materials, and activity programs.
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed session records.
- Guide parents regarding home-based learning activities and strategies.
- Coordinate with therapists and parents to ensure consistency across intervention and home environments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary assessments, case discussions, and progress reviews.

Preferred: B.Ed. Special Education / D.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education or equivalent recognized qualification, with pediatric experience preferred.
