Role Description The Speech Therapy Assistant will support licensed speech-language professionals in delivering therapy to children in an on-site setting in the Pune Division. This full-time role involves preparing therapy materials, assisting with individual and group sessions, and implementing treatment plans under supervision. Day-to-day tasks include engaging children in structured activities, documenting session notes, tracking progress, and communicating observations to supervising therapists and caregivers.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Speech Therapy and Speech, with the ability to support treatment plans under skilled supervision.
- Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Background or interest in Education, with experience or comfort working in child-centered learning or therapeutic environments.
- Demonstrated aptitude for Working With Children, including patience, empathy, and behavior management skills.
- Relevant certification or diploma as a Speech Therapy Assistant or related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology, special education, psychology, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to follow clinical guidelines, maintain clear documentation, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Willingness to learn, accept supervision, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
