Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia, using evidence-based approaches. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians and families to set goals, track progress, and adapt interventions to support functional communication in everyday settings.

The Speech Language





Pathologist will document clinical findings, maintain accurate records, participate in case discussions, and contribute to parent education and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and clinical management of Dysphagia.
- Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess skills in child-centered speech and language assessment, goal setting, and individualized intervention planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in family education, caregiver training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology, with valid professional registration/licensure as required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in early intervention or child development settings is preferred.
- Strong documentation, observation, and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Commitment to ethical practice, evidence-based care, and continuous learning; proficiency in spoken and written English and at least one local language is beneficial.
