Hiring for a client company into IT Staffing
Location: 100% Remote — India (any city)
Work Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST, UK Shift
Experience: 2–4 Years (Mid-Level)
Target Markets: Global — US, UK, Australia & English-speaking markets
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
This SDR sits within the Marketing Inbound team and owns two core responsibilities:
Client Calls & Qualification: Take discovery calls with inbound leads (mostly founders and hiring managers). This requires robust client communication, negotiation skills, and prior experience handling B2B client conversations.
Lead Generation
MUST-HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Startup background, agency
Real client-facing experience in B2B
Active AI user
PREFERRED
Proven track record with measurable outcomes — pipeline generated, conversion rates, targets hit
Positive communication accent — neutral/explicit, easy for UK/US/Australian clients to understand
Experience with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Prior exposure to selling services (talent solutions, staffing, IT outsourcing, or agency)
Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Lusha, or Hunter.Io
