CORE HR Security

8 Years of technofunctional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM in modules such as Core HR Security

Strong knowledge of Core HR end to end process and configurations

Proficient in creating updating BIP OTBI reports in Oracle HCM

Familar with OIC to facilitate intergration analysis and design with impact analysis

Review of functional design integration testing reports validation data conversion solutioning and validation

Well versed in data migration approach from design to validation with users

Testing Experience to Perform testing and coridnate with users to perform testing

Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios

Executing test cases in DEV and SIT

Documenting reporting test results

Integrations Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis

Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis

Perform EndtoEnd Integration testing

Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations recent requirements

Competent in leading a team of Oracle HCM consultants
