HIRING – SPARE PARTS EXECUTIVEAUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP

Industry: Automobile Dealership / Auto Parts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day spare parts operations and inventory.
- Identify and procure required spare parts as per workshop and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely availability of parts.
- Receive, inspect, and arrange spare parts systematically in the parts store.
- Issue parts to the workshop against authorized job cards and maintain proper records.
- Prepare parts quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with workshop, service advisors, suppliers, and vendors for parts requirements.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving spare parts.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and cleanliness of spare parts.
- Follow dealership/company processes for purchase, issue, return, and warranty parts.




- Maintain accurate records in DMS/ERP and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order status, pending parts, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled within the committed timeline.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and workshop operations.
- Strong inventory and stock management skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and DMS/ERP software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automobile dealership environment.

PREFERRED PROFILE
- Experience in an automobile dealership / authorized workshop will be preferred.
- Candidates having knowledge of Maruti Suzuki spare parts will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of parts identification, ordering, inventory control, and workshop coordination.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
