Qualification

Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage spare parts and tools inventory efficiently.
- Maintain stock records and update inward/outward entries.
- Issue and receive tools and spare parts as per department requirements.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
- Maintain proper labeling, storage, and organization of spare parts and tools.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Service teams for spare availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools to avoid damage or loss.
- Follow 5S and safety practices in the store area.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and store management.




- Basic MS Excel and ERP/software entry skills.
- Good record-keeping and documentation ability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
