Role Description The Spa Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising spa therapists and front-desk teams, and maintaining service standards and cleanliness across all spa areas.

The Spa

Manager will handle budgeting and inventory, monitor revenue and expenses, and implement promotions or packages to support business goals. Day-to-day tasks also involve resolving guest concerns, managing bookings, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Manager will contribute to training and mentoring staff, supporting a professional, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust spa management and operations skills, including experience supervising spa teams and managing daily workflows.
- Candidates should possess customer satisfaction and customer service skills,



with the ability to handle guest feedback and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Candidates should possess budgeting and basic financial management skills, including tracking expenses, managing inventory, and supporting revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of skin care and spa treatments, enabling effective oversight of service quality and training.
- Relevant experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management, preferably in a hospital or health care environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, inclusive team setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by spa operations.
- Diploma or degree in spa management, hospitality, wellness, or a related field is preferred.
