Role Description The Sourcing Manager – Sales is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing channels to source qualified leads and prospects for Livience’s luxury residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate networks; analyzing market trends; and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality inquiries.

The Sourcing

Manager – Sales will also track performance metrics, optimize sourcing strategies, support marketing campaigns,



and provide regular reporting to management on lead quality, conversion potential, and market insights.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales sourcing, channel management, or business development within real estate or a related industry.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with brokers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitor activity to refine sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage data and report performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing and sales support targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Pune real estate market and willingness to work on-site across projects in the Pune Division.
