Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.




- Contact candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility, qualifications, and preferences.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Address candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
