Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end solution advisory for Google Gemini and Vertex AI to architect transformative AI/ML use cases aligned with client business objectives
- Lead CxO-level engagements to position AI capabilities and demonstrate value pathways that advance customer digital initiatives
- Design and deliver product evangelism programs to increase stakeholder buy-in and accelerate enterprise adoption cycles
- Optimize adoption frameworks by tailoring enablement strategies to client maturity, ensuring measurable ROI on AI deployments
- Deliver consultative selling motions in collaboration with sales, enhancing pipeline velocity and closing complex, high-impact engagements
- Provide thought leadership by shaping industry points of view and contributing to Quadra s AI knowledge assets
- Advise on executive presence and best practices to elevate organizational confidence in AI-powered transformation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, scalable deployment and client satisfaction

- Primary Technologies: AI/ML Literacy, Google Gemini, Vertex AI
- Tools & Frameworks: Adoption Frameworks, Consultative Selling techniques
- Databases & Systems: (Relevant experience where applicable)

- Exposure to emerging Google Cloud AI services beyond Gemini & Vertex
- Familiarity with DataOps or MLOps best practices
- Agile methodologies for solution delivery
