Solution Architect Strategic Sourcing (S2C)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect – Strategic Sourcing (Source-to-Contract in Manufacturing Domain) to drive end-to-end sourcing transformation initiatives. This role requires a robust blend of procurement domain expertise and digital solution architecture, with hands-on experience in leading sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, and Keelvar.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Source-to-Contract (S2C) solutions covering supplier identification, RFx management, supplier evaluation, contracting, and award processes
- Translate business sourcing requirements into digital workflows and solution architectures
- Lead sourcing transformation initiatives leveraging Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Keelvar, and integrated ERP ecosystems
- Define and standardize RFx templates, supplier evaluation frameworks, and sourcing playbooks
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders to define future-state processes
- Establish governance, compliance,



and KPI-driven performance frameworks

• Provide thought leadership and mentoring to functional and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement / S2C
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant in procurement transformation
- Expertise in supplier sourcing & qualification, RFx lifecycle, negotiations, and contract management

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, or Keelvar

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing sourcing (pilot lots, tooling validation, mass production readiness)
- Exposure to sourcing optimization and analytics tools

• MBA in Supply Chain / Operations or equivalent
