We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions, leading digital transformation programs, and architecting end-to-end CRM and ERP ecosystems.

The candidate should possess strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Customer Insights), Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, and have successfully led Salesforce to Dynamics 365 migration programs or greenfield Dynamics 365 implementations from inception to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP implementations.
- Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Create architecture blueprints, integration designs, data migration strategies, and security frameworks.
- Define enterprise-grade architecture aligned with Microsoft's best practices and industry standards.
- Lead solution reviews and ensure technology alignment with business objectives.

Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP Implementation
- Architect and deliver solutions across:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Dynamics 365 Marketing/Customer Insights
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Project Operations
- Design CRM and ERP processes supporting end-to-end business operations.
- Define future-state architecture and transformation roadmap.

Salesforce to Dynamics 365 Migration
- Lead Salesforce assessment and migration initiatives.
- Define migration strategy for:
- Accounts, Contacts, Leads
- Opportunities
- Cases
- Activities

- Perform gap analysis between Salesforce and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Design migration approach, cutover plans, and data reconciliation strategies.

Power Platform Architecture
- Design and govern enterprise Power Platform solutions.

- AI Builder capabilities
- Establish governance, security, licensing, and ALM processes.

Integration & Azure Architecture
- Design integrations using:
- Azure Integration Services
- Azure Functions
- Service Bus
- Logic Apps
- Event Grid
- API Management
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Architect integrations with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP systems, telephony platforms, and third-party applications.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations.

Data & Security Architecture
- Design Dataverse architecture and data models.
- Define security roles, business units, teams, field-level security, and governance controls.
- Establish master data management and data quality frameworks.
- Define enterprise security and compliance standards.

Technical Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Functional Consultants, Developers, Integration Architects, and Business Analysts.
- Provide architecture governance and technical mentorship.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments.




- Drive adoption of best practices and innovation.

Dynamics 365 CRM

- 10-15+ years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem.
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture.
