This position Solution Architect works in coordination with sales to propose technical solution for the client RFP. Lead - Solution Architect is responsible for guiding the architectural design and implementation of data center projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provides technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, evaluates technologies to enhance infrastructure, and mentors junior architects, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Presales and preparation of customer specific technical and commercial solution
- Coordination with stakeholder such as design, engineering, projects, Legal and sales operation for best and up to date data center solution
- Technical and contract SLA discussions and closure with Legal team
- Post Contract Customer relationship management

Architectural Management: Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and design for data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and resilient architectural designs.

Project Lifecycle Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.





Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize data center infrastructure and operations.

Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, documentation, and guidelines for data center solutions.

Vendor Management: Participate in the selection and evaluation of vendors and third-party solutions, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

Architecture Assessment: Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing data center architectures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies, proactively applying them to enhance data center capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
