Position : Solution Architect - MS Dynamics CRM & Salesforce

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Bangalore (2-days Hybrid)

Shift Timings: Comfortable to work from 3pm to 1am IST

Experience: 11+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Salesforce platforms.

Key Requirements:

- 11+ years of IT experience with CRM solution architecture expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms.
- Expertise in solution design, enterprise architecture, integrations, and cloud-based CRM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, driving technical solutions, and leading development teams.
- Exposure to AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI,



Salesforce Einstein AI, or Generative AI is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

- Define end-to-end CRM architecture and solution design.
- Lead CRM transformation and digital modernization initiatives.
- Architect integrations between CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Azure Architect, Salesforce Architect Certifications.

Skills: MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, Solution Architecture, Azure, Power Platform, Integrations, AI (Preferred).
