Role Solar Sales Executive – Field Sales Salary + TA + Performance Incentives Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, societies and local outreach.

Visit homeowners and understand their electricity and rooftop requirements. Explain solar solutions, savings, payback and financing options. Coordinate site assessments with the technical team.

Follow up with leads and close sales. Achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain lead and customer details in CRM.

Participate in housing society events and local campaigns.



Requirements 1–4 years of field sales experience preferred. Experience in Solar, Real Estate, Insurance, Home Improvement or D2C Sales is an advantage.

Solid communication and convincing skills. Target-oriented and comfortable with field work. Two-wheeler + Valid Driving Licence – MANDATORY.

Willingness to travel within the assigned city. Graduate in any discipline. Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
