Role Description

We are seeking a smart, enterprising, and highly knowledgeable Solar Project Engineer to oversee and supervise the engineering execution of medium-to-large-scale solar PV projects.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and physical installation. You will be responsible for reviewing technical designs, supervising site execution, ensuring strict adherence to electrical and safety standards, and resolving complex technical challenges. Accountability, professionalism, puctuality are non negotiable.





Qualifications

- Ability to manage solar projects end to end.
- 2+ years experience managing solar projects.
- Robust knowledge of the solar industry and practical understanding of solar power and solar systems.
- Proficiency in PV design, including system sizing, layout planning, and performance analysis.
- Experience in electrical design related to solar installations, including wiring diagrams and load calculations.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices for solar and electrical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings using CAD or similar software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects.
