Role & responsibilities

- Manage solar EPC projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and completion.

- Have in-depth knowledge of solar structural requirements and site execution.

- Have a solid understanding of electrical systems and requirements for solar projects.

- Coordinate and manage multiple work teams and contractors at project sites.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the agreed schedule.

- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC.

- Preferred only malayalis .

- Prior experience in handling large-scale solar projects/tenders is preferred.

- Experience with larger EPC projects and tender-based projects will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of solar electrical systems, equipment, and site requirements.

- Strong project coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently manage projects and drive teams toward timely completion.
