Role Description The Solar Marketing Engineer will work full time on-site in Madhuravoyal, supporting both technical and marketing activities for solar projects. This role involves conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and promoting solar solutions through presentations, proposals, and digital/offline campaigns.

The Solar Marketing

Engineer will collaborate with the engineering team to translate technical specifications into clear, customer-friendly materials and assist in designing basic system layouts or solutions as needed. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, sales support, responding to client inquiries,



preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities and conversions. The role also requires participation in site visits, customer meetings, and local events to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess customer needs, evaluate demand, and interpret data for business decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare professional proposals, and interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, build relationships, conduct campaigns, and support the closing of solar projects.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or a degree in Marketing with exposure to renewable energy are preferred.
- Familiarity with solar systems, basic electrical concepts, and current renewable energy trends will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools, along with the ability to work in office in Madhuravoyal and travel locally for client visits, is expected.
