We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Software Test Automation Engineer with 3 years of experience in Python-based test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure high software quality.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Testing
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
Create and execute automated test scripts.
Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
Test Design & Execution
Analyse functional and technical requirements to create test designs and test cases.
Perform manual testing (functional, regression, sanity, smoke) when required.
Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA.
Collaboration & Agile Practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Provide timely status updates and test reports
Quality Assurance Best Practices
Implement and follow QA processes, standards, and methodologies
Ensure high quality, performance, and reliability of applications
Perform root cause analysis for defects and recommend improvements

Robust proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks.

Solid understanding of
