We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our testing team. The candidate should have a basic understanding of manual testing, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and application functionality.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and retesting activities.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce.
- Coordinate with developers to verify fixes and track defects to closure.
- Use basic SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Maintain test execution results and supporting evidence.
- Participate in team meetings and provide testing progress updates.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and the defect life cycle.
- Understanding of manual testing concepts and test case preparation.




- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work from the office.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Jira or other defect-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Software testing training, certification, or an internship.

Qualification: BE/BTech, BCA, BSc (Computer Science/IT), MCA, or a related qualification. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
