About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our internal team and help build the technology powering Flexiple's products and operating systems.

You'll work across web applications, internal tools, APIs, data flows, and AI-powered workflows . This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to take ideas from a problem statement to a production release and see your work directly impact how Flexiple operates.

We're especially interested in engineers who actively use AI coding tools and modern developer workflows to build, experiment, and ship faster.

What You'll Do

- Build, test, and ship product features across Flexiple's web applications and internal tools.
- Design and implement APIs, services, data flows, and user interfaces that are reliable and maintainable.
- Use AI coding assistants, model APIs, agents, and other modern development tools to accelerate development and solve problems.
- Prototype and build AI-assisted workflows and turn successful experiments into useful product features.
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Own features end-to-end, including development, testing, deployment, debugging, monitoring, and iteration .
- Continuously improve code quality, system reliability, developer workflows, and internal engineering processes.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on software engineering experience with experience shipping production features.
- Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one backend, frontend, or full-stack programming language .
- Experience building web applications, APIs,



backend services, or internal tools.
- Comfortable working across an open technology stack and learning new technologies quickly.
- Experience using AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, agents, prompt-based workflows, or AI-powered development tools .
- Strong ownership mindset with experience taking features from implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements.
- Comfortable working full time from our Bengaluru office .

Working Style This is a Bengaluru-based, on-site role . We're looking for engineers who enjoy working closely with the team, moving quickly, experimenting with new technologies, and taking ownership of what they build.
