Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Software Engineer.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support pharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, and data management. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end services, writing clean and efficient code, debugging and optimizing existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements.



The role also involves participating in code reviews, creating technical documentation, and ensuring software reliability, performance, and security in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming for building, testing, and maintaining applications.
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical application.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and cooperative development workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with software development in regulated or healthcare-related environments is an advantage.
