Job Title: Software Development Engineer (SDE) Java

Experience Required: 8+ years

We are looking for an experienced Java Software Development Engineer to drive solution architecture and lead development of complex, scalable applications. You'll work across the stack, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of key technical decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain productive, reliable, and scalable Java code
2. Drive solution architecture for complex business scenarios
3. Implement, test, and debug current and existing functionalities
4. Identify and resolve technical risks and issues proactively
5. Deploy code using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
6. Collaborate cross-functionally through design and development to deliver high-quality products
7. Employ agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in product development and solution architecture for complex business scenarios




2. Platform engineering/integration experience in multi-stack environments
3. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JSF
4. Good experience in REST APIs
5. Strong understanding of Jenkins, GIT, Maven, and CI/CD concepts
6. Experience with AWS services — S3, CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda
7. Experience with SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
8. Good to have: JavaSc=ript (jQuery, React.js, TypeScript), Docker, Kubernetes
9. Good to have: hands-on experience with Python and Node.js
10. Strong grasp of software quality practices — performance, testability, security
11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
12. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
13. Experience with agile development processes

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 8–10 years of development experience, primarily in Java
