Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident young Graduates for the role of Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging sessions focused on English communication, interpersonal skills, personality development, interview preparation, and professional behaviour.

The role is particularly suitable for fresh graduates with excellent English and Malayalam communication skills.

Prior teaching or training experience is NOT mandatory. Candidates will be mentored and trained to develop soft skills training skills by Industry expert.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions on English communication and soft skills.
- Help students improve their spoken English, vocabulary,



pronunciation, sentence formation, and communication confidence.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, and public-speaking exercises.
- Support students in developing interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and professional behaviour.

Required Skills

- Excellent English and Malayalam verbal communication skills
- Confidence in handling classroom or group sessions
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Willingness to learn and develop as a skilled trainer

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate with excellent English and Malayalam communication skills may apply.
- Fresh graduates and recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in public speaking, presentations, anchoring, debating, or student activities will have an added advantage.
