We are looking for a Website Manager to manage and maintain our E-commerce website. The candidate will be responsible for product uploading, website content updates, order management, inventory updates, online payments, customer queries and overall website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the E-commerce website.
- Upload and update product images, descriptions, prices and categories.
- Manage online orders, inventory and order status.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery updates.
- Manage website banners, offers and promotional content.
- Monitor website performance and resolve basic website issues.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for website-related problems.
- Handle customer queries related to online orders.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and website performance reports.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce, SEO, Google Analytics and E-commerce operations will be preferred.
